In memory of Caolán McCrossan

This fund has ben set up in memory of Caolán McCrossan a precious angel who sadly passed away on February 17th 2015 from cancer.

We as a family are very proud that his memory will be enshrined at Amy's House, the ˜home from home' which opened in 2016 for young adults being treated for the condition at The Belfast City Hospital. Caolán McCrossan has a room named in his honour.

His family and friends were in attendance as the ribbon was cut by Young Lives vs Cancer (formerly CLIC Sargent) staff, it provides great support for children and young people and their families in Northern Ireland with cancer.

Caolán was a talented student at St Columb’s College and athlete Caolán died of cancer on February 17, 2015, just a few months after his illness was diagnosed.

We are forever thankful to Young Lives vs Cancer and to the local community that continues to support us today.

Some of our total is from fundraising by: Doire Colmcille GAA, St Columb's College Derry and
